  Role Purpose

  We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

  -Ensure appropriate work allocation for all incoming migrations (offshoring activities) by working closely with business partners, regions, Business Services and site SPOCs in such a manner that the Capacity/BCP /Language/Redeployment issues and operational synergy is effectively managed;

  -Work on capacity modeling and developing effective tools that create a future outlook of the capacity availability/deficit in each of the SD locations and highlight the opportunities to senior management and Business Services;

  -Work with Business Services on the “As-Is” and “To-Be” footprints across SD locations and assist on Business Services location Strategy in line with capacity availability;

  -Provide consultancy services by conducting capacity reviews across SD locations. The work involved reviewing operations and coming up with creative /out of the box solutions to create space within the available real estate and at the same time ensuring that day to day operations are not disrupted;

  -Monitor and track on a timely basis capacity availability, utilization across sites and report it to Senior Management to impact key decisions on new locations /GSCs.

  Qualifications

  -Minimum 5 years working experience in medium to large scale organization, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, BPO, IT or Consultancy;

  -Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management with proven track record, certified PMP is a critical advantage;

  -Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with good independence and decision making competencies;

  -Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of management and to be able to work in culturally diverse environments;

  -Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Presentation and Words;

  -Proficient in English and Chinese, Cantonese is an advantage.
